Our Vision

It is the purpose of Maquoketa Valley Community School District to promote life-long learning among its student body and community focusing upon a best-practice instructional program that values interactive communication, shared responsibility and decision making among a quality, caring staff, involved families, supportive businesses and community agencies in partnership to create a positive and safe learning environment in an educationally-appropriate facility ensuring that each student is provided an opportunity to reach his or her potential socially, emotionally, physically and academically.
