MVCSD Website – Staff Login

MVCSD Website - Staff Login is an internal application provided by Maquoketa Valley Community School District for authorized District employees and staff members.

The application allows staff to use their District Google Workspace account to securely sign in to the MVCSD website. After signing in, authorized staff can submit school events, classroom activities, photographs, documents, and related information to the District’s communications and social-media personnel for possible publication.

Why Google account information is requested

The application requests only the basic Google account information necessary to identify and authenticate an authorized staff member:

  • First and last name
  • District email address
  • Google account identifier
  • Email-verification status
  • Google Workspace hosted-domain identifier

This information is used to:

  • Confirm that the user has an authorized maquoketa-v.k12.ia.us account
  • Create or identify the user’s website account
  • Synchronize the user’s name and District email address
  • Automatically identify the staff member making a form submission
  • Protect the submission form from unauthorized access

The application does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, calendars, passwords, or other Google Workspace content.

Who may use this application

This application is intended only for authorized Maquoketa Valley Community School District employees and staff members. It is not intended for students or the general public.
